Please keep me updated regarding Don’s refictionalization efforts. He only has maybe 3 weeks, as you know.

Of course. Refictionalization is easy, but it’s finding echoes that’s hard. At the moment, Quixote has one echo left unfound in Seattle. Once we find it, we assume refictionalization can start. We have increased our efforts, and have a couple of people who are pretty sure they can find it soon, within the week, perhaps. Which gives us two weeks to refictionalize, but it never takes us that long.
Will do, Brad.
Right now, one of us might be able to pick up Quixote’s echo (the last piece of info we need before refictionalizing him) on Saturday. If that doesn’t pan out, I’ve already sent out a number of feelers to some other possible contacts.
On the off chance YOU can get it, what we need is to scan the area of the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle with a free smartphone app called Layar, turned on to the echo layer. If you think you CAN get it, let me know and I’ll give you more information about how exactly to pick it up and send us the information.
All the best,
Qara-Xuan
I cannot. I don’t want to leave his side. It’s up to one of you.
I can understand that. You focus on keeping him sane– well, as sane as he ever is. We’ll get the echo, rest assured.
We’ll keep working on it. Don’t worry you and he will be the first to know.
